Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have dental insurance, your estimated co-payment will be collected. Due to complexity of each treatment and individuality of your dental plan (the contractual arrangement between your insurance company and employer) we can only estimate the reimbursement which you are entitled.

As a convenience to you, we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive the maximum benefit. We will provide your dental record such as x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company request. You can also request for pre-authorization from your insurance company to check your coverage for a specific procedure. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid to us is your responsibility. Any past due balance after 90 days will be transferred to a 3rd party agency.
